Rohl addressed journalists for nearly 30 minutes during his introductory media appearance

Nearly four and a half months after the previous coach's first press conference as the club's manager, his replacement the German coach met with reporters at Rangers' stadium for the first time.
The scale of the challenge facing him is widely recognized, considering his predecessor's turbulent and disappointing 123-day tenure.
The ex- Sheffield Wednesday boss was accompanied by club chairman Andrew Cavenagh, along with the much-criticized pair of football director Thelwell and CEO Stewart.
But what precisely did we learn from the young coach's first public appearance as the club's manager?
Rohl's Primary Focus - Victory is Everything
A single message came through clearly from Rohl's first appearance in front of the local press - he recognizes the need to win matches, and do so rapidly.
The previous manager Martin lasted only 17 games and four months as manager, so the question arose about what timeframe Rohl believes is reasonable to transform the underperforming team.
While skillfully avoiding a specific response that might create later expectations, Rohl's message was very evident.
"Hopefully as soon as possible," he stated. "This is essential.
"In football you have limited opportunity. One can talk about future plans but it's understood it's about the short-term and that period is about winning games. That is what I demand.
"One thing remains obvious - I require all players to understand how we want to perform. I come back to my main theme: victory comes first, entertaining football and it's together. By following this order, I believe that I will remain very long here."
Expectations are Normal
Martin required security protection to exit the stadium after his final game in charge.
We've witnessed how toxic situations can turn at football clubs when performances decline. Demonstrations have nearly become an expected aspect of the matchday atmosphere on both sides of the city currently.
As the club's most youthful manager in history, the inquiry was posed about which attributes Rohl believes he has that would allow him to handle, let alone excel, in one of the most pressurized positions in UK soccer?
"In my opinion pressure in football are standard," he stated. "You must learn that rapidly.
"I think some people might mention my age but I have been a decade and a half on this path. I had an excellent chance to be at the German club and be only an assistant coach, but I felt the reality to manage a team and the pressure involved.
"You begin getting results and then some critics claim you must play attractive football. That's the next stage but precisely my intention. I relish that challenge and I look forward for what's ahead."
The Sporting Director Explains Striker Acquisition & Appointing His Son
There were plenty of inquiries from journalists directed at Thelwell.
Significant attention has concerned the hiring of Robbie Thelwell as recruitment chief, with supporters skeptical about his qualifications for the role.
However, he defended and clarified the choice to recruit his son to Ibrox.
"It's always uncomfortable to hear and in appearance I believe we all agreed when we made this decision to appoint Robbie that he would be viewed negatively," Thelwell stated.
"The reality of the situation is that we want to bring the top talent to this club.
"My perspective on Robbie's career and background is he required no my assistance in football.
"He's worked at Villa as a senior scout, after which he moved to Norwich City as head of scouting and then got promoted to development role.
"Prior to our recruited him, two top division teams wanted to acquire him. What we did from the beginning of the process was discuss with Patrick, the chairman and deputy chairman Marathe about this situation.
"I remained highly transparent and I believe he likely underwent a stricter procedure than any other who's employed by the team.
"I'm certain is that he will work 25/8 to achieve success for this football club and I anticipate to him demonstrating that he's going to be an excellent employee for the club."
Thelwell also defended the signing of forward Chermiti, who arrived at the club for a reported initial fee of eight million pounds, having failed to find the net in 24 games for Everton.
It was Thelwell who brought the Portugal youth international to Merseyside from Sporting - again for large funds in a £15m deal.
The question came if he supports his expensive purchase, who is yet to score in seven matches for Rangers.
"Absolutely, completely," Thelwell answered. "I believe Youssef Chermiti is a player who's possesses great ability.
"I haven't questioned him whatsoever. Similarly, I believe Danny will help to maximize the potential out of the player.
"It's very initial stages for the young player, he's a young talent and naturally with inexperienced players they sometimes require patience.
"However, I'm convinced over the course of his career at the club he'll demonstrate that he is highly capable footballer."
Stewart Understands Supporters' Disappointment and Anger
Stewart was also facing firing line, considering the criticism that has been directed at him by some club fans.
There was even a sign in the Sandy Jardine stand during the last tie with United inviting him - and Thelwell - to depart before they were packed for them.
Like his football director, the CEO did not evade the issue.
"I completely understand the disappointment and anger that fans are feeling because results this season haven't met good enough and no one is satisfied with them," he stated.
"The pain and frustration fans experience is matched within the boardroom.
"Also understand that there must exist an outlet for those frustrations and in my role, I'm responsible.
"I'm a focal point for those and my responsibility as a
